Hosting accounts running Hosting Configuration 2.0 and above benefit from better performance, greater security, and additional functionality. To upgrade, see How do I upgrade my hosting account to run Hosting Configuration 2.0?.
NOTE: The Hosting Configuration option is available only on Linux Shared Hosting accounts. Windows Shared Hosting accounts use a standard configuration, which do not require upgrading.
To Identify Your Hosting Configuration
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Web Hosting.
- Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
- In the Account Summary section is the Hosting Configuration your account is running.
