Why can't I log off?

In Firefox, this problem might be caused by a user-defined setting that prevents the acceptance of cookies that originate from a different website.
To change this setting:
- Open a Firefox browser window.
- From the Tools menu, select Options
- Click Privacy
- Select Accept cookies from sites.
- Click OK.
