Changing Your Online File Folder Password

There are two ways to change your password for your Online File Folder account, depending on your reason for changing your password. If you know your password, but want to change it, you can set your password in Online File Folder. However, if you have forgotten your current password, you will need to reset your password using Email Control Center.
To Reset Your Online File Folder Password
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Online File Folder.
- Click the user name of the account you want to manage.
- In the Change Password and Confirm fields, enter a new password.
- Click OK.
NOTE: It may take 15 to 30 minutes for the password reset to take effect.
