Changing Your Online File Folder Password

If you forget your Online File Folder password, you can change it in the Email Control Center.
To Reset Your Online File Folder Password
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Online File Folder.
- Click Manage Account next to the account you want to modify.
- Click the user name of the account you want to modify.
- In the Change Password and Confirm fields, enter a new password, and then click OK.
NOTE: Your password takes up to 30 minutes to change.
