Accepting a Domain into Your Account

Here's the Lowdown: If you are confirming a domain move from another account with us, you are in the right place - it's called an Account Change. If you need to transfer a domain into your account from a different registrar, see Transferring Domain Names to Your Account from Another Registrar.
When you have a pending domain move for your account, we'll send you an email notice with details for confirming the move. Armed with the information from that email, including the Transaction ID and Security code (if supplied), follow this procedure to complete the move into your account with us.
NOTE: The domain move must be confirmed within 10 days of initiation. After that time, the transaction times out and must be re-initiated. For details on initiating a domain move, see Moving a Domain Out of Your Account.
Accepting a Domain Into Your Account
- Log in to your Account Manager.

If you do not have an account, click Create a New Account, complete the fields to set up your account, and then click Pending Account Changes. - In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
- From the Domains menu, select Pending Account Changes.
- If the domain displays in your list, select the checkbox for the domain, and then click Quick Accept.
- If the domain does not display in your list, click Manually Accept Domains, and then complete the following:
- Transaction ID
- The identification code from the email we sent you.
- Security Code
- The security code from the email we sent you.
- Click Next and then proceed through checkout to complete the free transaction.
