Adding and Managing Online File Folder Contacts

When you share files through Online File Folder®, it uses your Online File Folder Contacts to auto-fill the recipients' email addresses.

To Add a Contact to Your Address Book

  1. Log in to Online File Folder.
  2. Go to Contacts, and then select New.
  3. In the Create Contact section, complete the following:
    • (Optional) First Name — The contact's first name.
    • (Optional) Last Name — The contact's last name.
    • Email — The contact's email address.
    • (Optional) Nickname — A nickname or display name for the contact.
  4. Click OK.

To Delete a Contact in Your Address Book

  1. Log in to Online File Folder.
  2. Go to Contacts, and then select All.
  3. Click Delete next to the the contact you want to remove.
  4. Click OK.

To Edit a Contact in Your Address Book

  1. Log in to Online File Folder.
  2. Go to Contacts, and then select All.
  3. Click Edit next to the contact you want to edit, and make any changes.
  4. Click OK.

NOTE: If your Online File Folder account is associated with a Web-Based Email account via the Email Control Center, then you will see contacts from your Web-Based Email address book automatically. These Web-Based Email contacts are not editable in Online File Folder.
