Editing Recurring Events

Through Calendar, you can edit recurring events that you have scheduled in your calendar. You can make changes to a single occurrence of the event or to the entire series.
To Edit a Recurring Event
- Log in to your Calendar account.
- If necessary, expand your list of calendars by clicking Calendars.
- If necessary, enable the calendar that contains the recurring event you want to edit by clicking the disabled calendar name. Disabled calendars display as a red icon.
- Click the recurring event.
- To edit the entire event series, click Edit Series.
- To edit a single occurrence of the event, click Edit Occurrence.
- Use the fields and lists on the tabs to edit the event. For more information on completing the fields, see Scheduling Events Using All Fields and Lists.
- When finished, click OK.
- Specify whether you want to notify attendees of the event updates.
NOTE: If you change the event time, the attendee status for those who accepted the invitation changes to "Not Responded," and a new invitation is sent to those attendees.
