You can give another Calendar user access to your calendar so that another user can schedule and manage events, groups, and resources in your name. For example, you can give your personal assistant access to your calendar so that your assistant can schedule events for you.
When you grant another user access to your calendar, that user has full access to your calendars. You can also remove access from a user.
To Grant Calendar Access to Users
- Log in to your Calendar account.
- Click Settings.
- Go to the Calendar Access tab.
- In the Grant administrative control to field, enter the email address of the user you want to grant control of your calendar to, and then specify whether the user has See Free/Busy access or Full Control.
- Click OK.
To Remove Calendar Access from Users
- Log in to your Calendar account.
- Click Settings.
- Go to the Calendar Access tab.
- Click the Delete icon for the user whose calendar you want to remove.
