Accessing Other Users' Calendars

If you have access to another user's calendar, you can manage events, groups, and resources for that user. For more information about granting calendar access, see Granting Calendar Access to Other Users.
Before you can manage events, groups, and resources for another user, you have to access the user's calendar.
To Access Another User's Calendar
- Log in to your Calendar account.
- If necessary, enable the calendars you can access for other users by clicking Delegated Calendars.
- If necessary, enable the user's calendar by clicking the disabled calendar name. Disabled calendars displays as a red icon.
