Adding Resources to Groups

Here's the Lowdown: By associating resources with Calendar groups, you can reserve the resource for the time you need it. Resources include conference rooms, projectors, and other shared office equipment.

To Add a Resource to a Group

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. If necessary, expand your list of calendars by clicking Calendars.
  3. Click the Actions Icon for the group to which you want to add a resource, represented by a right arrow.
  4. Click Add Resource, and t hen enter the resource name and description.
  5. (Optional) To make the resource public so that anyone can reserve it, select Public.
  6. Click Edit Resource.
  7. Click Save & Exit.
