Adding Resources to Groups

Here's the Lowdown: By associating resources with Calendar groups, you can reserve the resource for the time you need it. Resources include conference rooms, projectors, and other shared office equipment.
To Add a Resource to a Group
- Log in to your Calendar account.
- If necessary, expand your list of calendars by clicking Calendars.
- Click the Actions Icon for the group to which you want to add a resource, represented by a right arrow.
- Click Add Resource, and t hen enter the resource name and description.
- (Optional) To make the resource public so that anyone can reserve it, select Public.
- Click Edit Resource.
- Click Save & Exit.
