What do I do once I've purchased Web Site Design or Web Store Design Services?
After purchasing a Dream Design Service, log in to the Design Manager. Here you will see a Welcome Page that outlines the steps in the design process. It is also where you will begin the Interactive Online Interview. The Interactive Online Interview allows you to participate in the creation of your website by exploring the elements that make up a website, gathering important information, and making decisions that help your designer create the perfect site for you.
You can stop at any point during the process and easily return to the same location when you're ready to continue. This is convenient and also allows you to time to reflect on your answers. At the end of the interview, we ask for the best method to contact you to allow a review of your interview answers.
After you complete the Interactive Online Interview, you can start sending in your content. Site content can include images, logos, text and other files related to creating your website. The site building process does not begin until all of the content for your site is received by our design team.
If you are unable to complete the Interactive Online Interview, a telephone consultation can be scheduled.

Providing Content for Your Website
- If you have a Build It For Me Plan you will be asked to select a page layout from our professionally designed collection. Take a look at our page layouts and pick one or two that you like.
To send us your content, complete a Content Worksheet to outline your text and any page-specific requirements. To download the work sheet, log into your Design Manager and select Content Worksheet from the Important Links menu.
