Deleting Events

Through Web-Based Email's calendar feature, you can delete events at any time.

The following sections show you how to delete events in different versions of Web-Based Email.

Email Legacy Version

To Delete an Event

  1. Click the Calendar button.
  2. Locate and click the name of the event you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. To confirm the deletion, click OK.

Email Version 5.0

To Delete an Event

  1. Go to the Calendar tab.
  2. If necessary, expand your list of calendars by clicking Calendars.
  3. If necessary, enable the calendar that contains the event you want to delete by clicking the disabled calendar name. Disabled calendars display as a red icon.
  4. Click the event you want to delete.
  5. Click Edit Event.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Click Delete again.
  8. If necessary, expand your list of calendars by clicking Calendars.
  9. If necessary, enable the calendar that contains the event you want to delete by clicking the disabled calendar name. Disabled calendars display as a red icon.
  10. Click the event you want to delete.
  11. Click Edit Event.
  12. Click Delete.
  13. Click Delete again.
