Moving Messages to Different Folders

To organize your email messages in Web-Based Email, you can move them from one folder to another.

To Move Messages to a Different Folder

  1. From the Folders area, right-click the folder you want to move.
  2. Click Move Messages.
  3. Select the folder you want to move the messages to.
  4. Click OK.

This will move all of the email messages in that folder to the new folder.
