You can group related messages by subject and hierarchy through Web-Based Email so that all replies to a message are listed under the original message.
To Group Messages by Subject Thread
- From the Folders area, right-click the folder you want to set the option for.
- Click Options.
- Select Thread Messages.
- Click OK.
