AccountExecs can manage your domains from separate accounts without having access to your account or billing information.

Here is how you can provide AccountExecs access to manage domains.

For information about becoming an AccountExec, see Becoming a Domain AccountExec.

Adding AccountExecs

To Add AccountExecs

You must email an AccountExec invitation before you can provide access or assign domains to new AccountExecs.

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the My Account section, click Account Settings, click AccountExec, complete the AccountExec fields, and then click Invite.

Your new AccountExec receives an email with the subject, "Invitation to manage resources for [Your Name]." This email contains a link to accept the Account Exec invitation. To do this, the AccountExec must either create a new account or log in to an existing account, and then click Continue.

Providing Access to AccountExecs

Once your new AccountExec accepts the invitation, you can assign domains for the AccountExec to manage by creating a folder in the Domain Manager with AccountExec permissions.

To Provide Access to AccountExecs

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager, click New Folder, name your AccountExec's folder, and then click OK.

NOTE: You can also use existing folders.

  3. Click Folders, click the checkbox for your AccountExec's folder, and then click AccountExec.
  4. From the AccountExec list, select the AccountExec to grant access to the folder, select one of the following access options:

Only view domains without managing any features.
    None
Do not let the AccountExec access this folder.
  5. Click OK.
