With the WebSite Tonight® Guestbook, you can Set the Approval and Notification Options for New Comments.

To Set Approval and Notification Options for New Comments

  1. Log in to your WebSite Tonight account.
  2. From the Design menu, select Launch Page Designer.
  3. From the Add-Ons menu, select Guestbook.
  4. From the Settings tab, go to the the Approval Type for New Comments section, and then select one of the following:
    • Manual — Your approval is required before new applicants may join your forum.
    • Automatic — Allows new applicants to receive forum membership without your approval.
    • Optional: Send Email Notification — Select this option if you want to receive an email message every time a comment is added to your guestbook.
