For security reasons, you cannot directly publish assemblies. However, it is possible to publish a database using assemblies through the Database Publication Wizard (DPW).
To Publish a Database Using Assemblies
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Web Hosting.
- Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
- In the Databases section of the Hosting Control Center, click the icon of the database you wish to modify (i.e. MySQL or SQL Server).
- Click Manage via... next to the database you would like to work with.
- Select Assemblies from the menu and upload any required assemblies by clicking the star icon on the right side of the banner.
- Start the Database Publication Wizard.
- On the Select Database page, deselect Script all objects in the selected database.
- Proceed to the Choose Object Types page. Make sure Assemblies is not selected. Select any other object types you wish to publish.
- Continue until you reach the Select Publishing Options page.
- Set Drop existing objects in script to False.
- Complete the publishing process, accepting the default options.

NOTE: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 databases do not support DPS or DPW.
