To Search for Information in Go Daddy Support
- Log in to Go Daddy Support.
- Enter your term or phrase in the Search field.
- From the All Support menu, select an individual area of Support in which to search or keep the default of All Support to search all areas.
- Click Search.
- On the Search Results page, use the tabs to sort by the following:
- All — All results for your search.
- Go Daddy Help — Help articles on Go Daddy products and services.
- Support Library — Posts submitted by other Support members.
- Forums — Forum topics.
- Blog — Blog posts written by Go Daddy staff on our products and services.
- IdeaShare — Descriptions of suggestions for future products or features.
- Applications — Value applications offered to our Hosting customers through Go Daddy Hosting Connection.
