Editing Subscriber Information in Express Email Marketing

Once you add subscribers to your Express Email Marketing® subscriber database, you can update their profiles. Changes to subscriber profiles take effect immediately.

To Edit Subscriber Information

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Launch for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click List Manager, and then click View Subscribers.
  5. Click the subscriber's email address.
  6. Edit the subscriber profile.

    NOTE: You cannot edit subscriber email addresses. To change the email address for a subscriber, you must create a new profile for the subscriber. For more information, see Adding Subscribers to Your List Manager in Express Email Marketing.

  7. Click OK.
