Express Email Marketing® tracks the response rate of your campaigns. You can select the campaign(s) you want to analyze, as well as the date range of the response rates.
To Build a Campaign Response Report
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- On the Express Email Marketing page, click Launch for the account you want to modify.
- Click Response Analyzer, and then click Campaign Response.
- In the Campaign Response page, complete the following:
- Select Campaign Types — Select the type of campaign you want to analyze, or click Select All.
- Select Campaign — Select the campaign(s) you want to analyze, or click Select All.
- Select Date Range — Check All to see the entire range of the campaign(s), or check From to specify your start and end dates.
- Click Next.
