Changing Your Email Password in the Email Control Center

In the Email Control Center, you can change the password for your email address.

To Change Your Password

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the Products tab, select Email.
  3. Next to the account you want to change, click Launch. The Email Control Center displays.
  4. For the account with the email address you want to change, click (Show addresses).
  5. Click the email address you want to change.
    The Edit Mailbox window displays.
  6. In the Change Password field, enter your new password.
  7. In the Confirm Password field, confirm your new password.
  8. Click OK.

It can take up to 30 minutes for a new password to take effect.
