Searching for Subscribers or Groups of Subscribers in Express Email Marketing

In Express Email Marketing®, you can search for a specific subscriber or group of subscribers.

To Search for a Subscriber or Group of Subscribers in Express Email Marketing

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Launch for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click List Manager, and then click View Subscribers.
  5. In the View Subscribers page, click Search Subscribers.
  6. Enter a complete or partial email address, first name, last name, or select a status, and then click Search.

    NOTE: You can also use wildcards; for example: "*@hotmail.com" returns all Hotmail email addresses.

To create a search according to subscriber profile information, including demographic and interest group information, click Advanced Search.
