Removing Subscribers from Express Email Marketing

As your subscriber and client base changes, you can remove subscribers from your Express Email Marketing® campaign.

To Individually Remove Subscribers from Express Email Marketing

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Launch for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click List Manager, and then click View Subscribers.
  5. Select the subscriber email address.
  6. From the Apply this Action list, select Remove.
  7. Click Go.

To Bulk Remove Subscribers from Express Email Marketing

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Launch for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click List Manager, and then click Remove Subscribers.
  5. Click Browse to locate the TXT or CSV file containing the email addresses to remove. The file should be formatted with the email addresses listed in a single column
  6. Click Import File.
