Removing Custom Questions from Sign-up Forms in Express Email Marketing

Custom questions can be removed from your Express Email Marketing® sign-up form. You cannot, however, edit a custom question (you will have to delete and create a new one).

To Remove a Custom Question from Sign-Up Forms in Express Email Marketing

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Launch for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click Opt-In Magnet, and then click on Build Sign-Up Form.
  5. In the Custom Questions section, click Remove.

Instead of deleting a question, you can also opt to not display the particular custom question on your sign-up form by clearing both the Displayed and Required checkboxes. The question continues to display in the subscriber profile, but does not display on your sign-up form or show as visible to subscribers.
