Viewing Pending Transfer Reports

When customers purchase transfer orders, you can see what domain transfer was ordered, when the transfer was initiated, and its current transfer status.
To View a Pending Transfer Report
- Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
- From the My Reports menu, select Domain Registrations.
The report displays the following details:
- The domain name.
- The initiation date of the transfer.
- The shopper ID of the transfer's purchaser.
- The receipt number of the transfer purchase.
- The status of the transfer.
