Saving CashParking Reports

You save Detailed, Summary, and Domain Settings reports from the reports grid after you run a report, or you save a report from the Saved Reports grid, where you can also specify the criteria you want to include in the saved report.

To Save CashParking Reports from the Reports Grid

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click CashParking.
  3. Click Manage Account.
  4. From the Reports menu, select Run Reports.
  5. From the Detailed list, select the type of report you want to save.
  6. Click Save.

To Save CashParking Reports from the Saved Reports Grid

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click CashParking.
  3. Click Manage Account.
  4. From the Reports menu, select Saved Reports.
  5. Click New Report.
  6. Complete the following:
    Report name
    The name of the report.
    Include
    Information for all domains or a single domain that you enter.
    Compression
    Your preference for compressing the file to decrease the file size.
    Select date range
    Domain information from the Last 30 Days, Previous 30 Days, Last 7 Days, Previous 7 Days, Month to Date, Year to Date, or Custom (you can select the timeframe for which you view information).
    Type
    The type of report you want to save.
  7. Click OK.
