To Upgrade or Downgrade Your Hosted Exchange email Account Plan
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Microsoft Hosted Exchange.
- Next to the account you want to upgrade or downgrade, click Options.
- From the Customize Tab, make your upgrade or downgrade selections, and then click Add to Cart.
- Click Checkout.
