Using Workspace Email's Mobile Mail

Workspace Email's Mobile Mail feature offers a simplified interface for using your email from a mobile phone's Web browser.

To access Mobile Mail directly, go to mobilemail.yourdomainname.com, and then log in.

Mobile Mail provides many of the same functions as Web-Based Email:

  • To compose an email, tap New.
  • To delete emails, select the emails, and then tap Delete.
  • To view your email folders, select the folder from the Folder menu, and then tap Go.
  • To move emails to a different folder, select the emails, select the destination folder from the Folder menu, and then click Move.
  • To view your email contacts, from the Action menu, tap Addresses.
  • To view the Calendar associated with your Workspace Email account, from the Action menu, tap Calendar.
  • To download attachments, tap the email's subject, and then tap the attachments you want to download from the Attachments menu.
  • To reply to or forward an email, tap the email's subject, from the Action menu, select either Reply or Forward, and then tap Go. A new compose window displays where you can complete your message, and then tap Send.
  • To manage spam settings, from the More menu, select Settings. From the Spam filtering menu, select Deliver to Bulk Mail Folder, Mark Subject With [SPAM] or Restricted Mode.
