Modifying Your Existing Plan to Work with SmartSpace

If an existing plan does not appear as an option when setting up your SmartSpace® application, you must modify its structure to use a subdomain. After this change, a SmartSpace application can be set up using your existing plan.

Photos

To Create a Photos Subdomain

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Photo Album.
  3. Click Launch next to the account you want to modify.
  4. Click Settings.
  5. On the Domain Settings tab, click Edit next to your domain name.
  6. Click Create a new subdomain and in the subdomain field, enter photos.
  7. Click Save.

Website

To Create a Website Subdomain

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click WebSite Tonight®.
  3. Click Launch next to the account you want to launch.
  4. In the Tools and Resources area, click Hosting Settings.
  5. In the Hosting Control Center, from the Settings menu, select Domain Change (Primary).
  6. Change your domain name, and click Continue.
  7. Verify that the new domain name is correct, and click Submit.

Blog

To Create a Blog Subdomain

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Quick Blogcast®.
  3. Click Launch next to the account you want to modify.
  4. From the Manage Blog menu, click Settings.
  5. On the General tab, click Create a new subdomain and in the subdomain field, enter blog.
  6. Click Save.
