Processing and Shipping Go Daddy Marketplace Orders

As a Go Daddy Marketplace® shop owner, you agree to package and ship all items ordered from your shop, and provide shipping details including a valid tracking code.

Upon notification of an order from your shop, the items must be shipped within two (2) business days.

To Mark a Product as Shipped

  1. In your Marketing Solutions Manager, select the Productstab.
  2. Select Orders from the navigation bar.
  3. On the Orders page, click on the number of the order you want to manage.
  4. On the Order Detail page, select the product that has been shipped, and click the Ship icon.
  5. On the Shipping Confirmation dialog box, complete these fields:
    • Carrier – Enter the shipping carrier.
    • Shipping date – Enter the date the item was shipped.
    • Tracking code – Enter the tracking code from the carrier.
  6. Click OK.
