Checking the Status of Your Go Daddy Marketplace Order

In addition to the email updates you receive regarding your Go Daddy Marketplace® order, you can check the status or your order by looking at the electronic receipt in your account order history.

To Check the Status of an Order

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the My Account menu, click Order History.
  3. To search for your Marketplace receipts, select Marketplace third-party products from the By Product Type list and click Go.
  4. On the Order History page, click the receipt number of the order you want to see.

Each item on the order has status information. If the item has shipped, you will see the shipping method, tracking code, and estimated shipping date next to the item name.
