Requesting a Refund from a Go Daddy Marketplace Vendor

Go Daddy is unable to process your refunds directly. You can request a refund for returned items by communicating directly with the vendor from whom you purchased the item(s). You can find the vendor's contact information on their Go Daddy Marketplace® shop home page, in your order confirmation email, or on the electronic receipt.

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), the vendor will contact Go Daddy to process the refund to your account. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
