Opening a Customer Support Request from the Header

In the header you can open a customer support request form from within the Homepage, Calendar, File, or Fax tabs. Customer support requests are sent directly to Online Support for assistance with products, error messages, sales inquiries, or billing problems.

To Open a Customer Support Request

  1. Log in to your Web-Based Email, Calendar, Online File Folder, or Fax Thru Email account.
  2. Click the Feedback hyperlink.
  3. Click Customer Support.
  4. Complete the following:
    First Name and Last Name
    Your first and last name.
    Email Address
    Your email address.
    Phone #
    Your phone number, including your three-digit area code.
    Domain Name
    Your domain name.
    Customer #
    Your customer number.
    Product
    The product related to your request.
    Other
    The product or feature for which you want to submit feedback.
    Question
    (Optional) Your feedback.
  5. In the Access Code field, enter the code that displays.

NOTE: Customer Support will respond to your request at the email address registered on your account.
