Viewing the Survey Results Summary

The Survey Results Summary provides a snapshot and detailed information for each question and respondent of a survey. You can also apply filters to view results for specific responses.

To View the Survey Results Summary

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Site Surveys.
  3. In the Site Surveys Account list, click Manage Account for the account you want to manage. The Marketing Solutions Manager opens to the Site Surveys tab.
  4. Select Surveys on the navigation bar.
  5. Click the Reports icon for the survey you want to view. The Survey Results Summary page displays the results by question.
  6. Under Reports, click Survey Results Summary to view results, or click Survey Respondents to view a list of respondents.

To Sort Results Using Filters

There are several ways to apply filters. The filters consist of the following options:

  • Click Filter next to a response to see results for respondents who selected that answer.
  • Click Those who responded or did not response to apply those filters.
  • For text field question types, click View Responses to view answers from each respondent.

NOTE: You can apply as many filters as you want to narrow the results. Click Clear all filters to remove filters and go back to the results summary.

NOTE: You can also access the Survey Results Summary page, by selecting Reports from the navigation bar. Then, to view results for a specific survey, select the survey name from the drop-down menu.
