You may need to use the IP address of your hosting account to upload files or to modify your zone file to point correctly to your hosting account.
To Locate Your Hosting IP Address
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Hosting.
- In your Hosting Account list, click the name of the hosting account you want to work with.
In the Account Details section, your Hosting IP displays.
