Sharing Your Survey

Site Surveys provides several options for sending and sharing your surveys. You can email the URL to participants, embed the URL in your website's code, and post the link on social networking sites such as Facebook®, MySpace®, Twitter®, Delicious®, and StumbleUpon®.

To Share Your Survey URL

  1. Publish your survey or select the Share icon of an existing survey.
  2. On the Share page, select the URL or Embed Code tab, and then do one of the following:
    • Click Select URL to copy the URL and paste it into your email.
    • Click Select Code to copy the code and paste it into your website's code.

To Share Your Survey on Social Networking Sites

  1. Publish your survey or select the Share icon of an existing survey.
  2. On the Share page, click the link for the social site you want to publish to. You are directed to that site.
  3. If required, log into your account and then, follow the steps to share your survey link.
  4. (Optional) Select if you want to enable people to share your survey after the scheduled completion. If you select this option, people can still view your survey's contents, but they will not be able to complete it.
