Can I upgrade my Contact Manager plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your existing Free, Economy, or Deluxe Contact Manager plan. Simply follow the instructions for the type of account you want to upgrade.

To Upgrade Your Free Contact Manager Account

First, you need to purchase a new Economy, Deluxe, or Premium account. Then, follow these steps to apply the new account to your existing contact information.

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, select Contact Manager.
  3. Click Setup Account for the new account.
  4. On the Quick Setup tab of the Contact Manager Setup, select an existing profile from the list.
  5. Confirm that you have read and agree to the license agreement, and click Continue.
  6. Continue setting up your new account. Your contact details will display in this account when you finish.

To Upgrade Your Paid Contact Manager Account

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, select Contact Manager.
  3. Click on the name of the Contact Manager Account you want to upgrade.
  4. In the Account Details area, click Upgrade/Downgrade Go Daddy Contact Manager (CRM) Account.
  5. Select the new plan and any additional contact records/disk space, and then click Continue.
  6. Complete the steps to make your purchase.
