Getting Started with Incorporation Services
Incorporation Services provides an easy-to-use process for incorporating your business. Whether you choose a corporation or LLC for your company, you'll get personal service and attention throughout the entire filing process.
Before You Start
After you purchase your Incorporation Services plan, you'll need these things to complete the online application:
- Choose a corporation or LLC. For more information see, What is the difference between a corporation and an LLC?.
- Select a business name.
- Select the state in which you want to incorporate.
- Have an EIN ready. For more information, see What is an EIN?
Completing Your Incorporation Services Application
- Log in to Incorporation Services.
- On the Home tab, click on the Incorporation Services plan you want to complete.
- On the Contact Info tab, complete your personal contact information, designate a legal contact and then, click Next.
- On the Company Info tab, complete your company details and then, click Next.
- Review your application, print a copy for your records and click Submit.
