Your Site Overlay report offers two different views to display your visitors' clicks on your website:

  • Heat Map — Display your visitors' clicks based on the location where they clicked. The heat map shows the locations of clicks on the page as it displayed at the time of the visit.

NOTE: Any significant changes to the page layout can result in misaligned data.

  • Pin Point — Display your visitors' clicks based on links.

To Access Your Site Overlay Report

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Site Analytics.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Launch.
  4. Click the domain name you want to use.
  5. Click Site Overlay.
  6. Click either Pin Point or Heat Map.
