Can I use two different template designs in the same WebSite Complete project?

As of Aug. 1, 2010 we have retired support for WebSite Complete. Existing documentation, however, remains available here for your reference. We recommend using WebSite Tonight® or Quick Shopping Cart® to replace WebSite Complete.
WebSite Complete only supports using one template per project.
If you publish two projects to the same directory, the second project will overwrite several essential files for the first. This can be avoided by clicking Show Details before connecting and then manually uploading only a few select files. Links between the pages for the two projects need to be created manually on the project pages.
Though all of this is possible, it is not a supported use of the program, nor do we recommend it.
