Why does WebSite Complete want me to pay the registration fee again?

As of Aug. 1, 2010 we have retired support for WebSite Complete. Existing documentation, however, remains available here for your reference. We recommend using WebSite Tonight® or Quick Shopping Cart® to replace WebSite Complete.

If you have already paid the registration fee, you can have WebSite Complete access your account for confirmation. Follow these steps to take advantage of this feature:

  1. Go to the Final Steps tab of your WebSite Complete project.
  2. Under Website Hosting click Start.
  3. Click on the New button.
  4. Click Connect to the Internet.
  5. At the bottom of the Welcome Screen, if you have already purchased a hosting account through our website, use the Click Here link to look up your account details.
  6. Enter your domain name in the box that opens.
  7. Click Lookup Details at the bottom.
  8. You should now see a screen showing your hosting details. Close the window and try to publish again. The software should not try to charge you.
