We want our websites and applications to be pixel-perfect in the most popular browser and operating system combinations, and at least functional in as many other combinations as possible.

To help you have the best experience using our website and software, we have four levels of browser support:

Full Support — Pixel-perfect with display exactly as we intended

We recommend using a fully supported browser.

  • Using Windows® XP or Windows 7
    • Mozilla Firefox® 4+ (up to latest current release)
    • Mozilla Firefox 3.6
    • Google Chrome™ 12+ (up to latest current release)
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer® 9 (Windows 7 only)
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
  • Using Apple Mac OS® X Snow Leopard®
    • Mozilla Firefox 4+ (up to latest current release)
    • Mozilla Firefox 3.6
    • Google Chrome 12+ (up to latest current release)
    • Apple Safari® 5

Functional Support — Usable with all functions supported, but might display in unintended ways

  • Using Windows XP or Windows 7
    • Internet Explorer 6
    • Firefox 3.5
  • Using Apple Mac OS X Snow Leopard
    • Firefox 3.5
  • Using iPad® iOS 4
    • Safari

Accessible — Usable with most functions intact, but likely to display and behave in unintended ways

  • Firefox 3.0
  • Safari 4
  • Opera 10 & 11
  • Mobile device browsers, including Apple iPhone® and Android™
  • Other desktop browsers not listed

Blocked — Inaccessible without upgrading to a supported browser
