As of Aug. 1, 2010 we have retired support for WebSite Complete. Existing documentation, however, remains available here for your reference. We recommend using WebSite Tonight® or Quick Shopping Cart® to replace WebSite Complete.

Technically speaking, the Products and Services Pages are the same. WebSite Complete creates two separate pages so you can conveniently divide your company offerings.

Neither page tells the customer how to purchase products or services, however, so other pages that you will create should support it. There are four common ways that people accomplish this:

  • Provide contact information so that customers can make purchases by phone.
  • Create a page for customers to print and use to order by fax or mail.
  • Use the Sales Order Form so that customers can purchase by email.
  • Add a secure online store to your site.

You are free to customize either page much as you would any one of the Standard Pages. They exist as guides to help you promote your business.
