Retrieving Your Customer Number or Resetting Your Password

To log in to your account, you need your customer number and password. If you cannot remember your customer number or password, you can use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to access your account. You can access the system by clicking Forgot Password? on our Home page.
From the Account Retrieval System, you can use the following options:
- Retrieve Customer Number — Sends your customer number to the email address associated with the account.
- Retrieve Password Hint — Displays your password hint.
- Reset Password — Sends an authorization code to the email address associated with the account.

To Retrieve Your Customer Number
- Go to our login page.
- In the Log In area, click Forgot Password?
- Click Retrieve Customer Number.
- In the right panel, from the My list, select a product you purchased.
- In the is field, enter the corresponding information for the product you selected.
- In the Email Address on Account field, enter the email address associated with your customer account.
- In the Enter the security access code displayed below field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.
We send a message that contains your customer number to the email address associated with your account.
To Retrieve Your Password Hint
- Go to our login page.
- In the Log In area, click Forgot Password?
- Click Retrieve Password Hint.
- In the right panel, in the Customer Number field, enter your customer number.
- In the Street Address field, enter the street address associated with your account.
- In the Enter the security access code displayed below field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.
Your password hint displays above the password field.
To Reset Your Password
- Go to our login page.
- In the Log In area, click Forgot Password?
- Click Reset Password.
- In the right panel, in the Customer Number field, enter your customer number.
- In the Email Address on Account field, enter the email address associated with the account.
- In the Enter the security access code displayed below field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.
We send an authorization code for resetting your password to the email address associated with your account. To continue, follow the instructions in the email message.NOTE: The authorization code is only valid for 2 hours from the time it was sent. If the authorization code expires, or if you use it and the reset fails, you can obtain a new code to attempt to reset your password again.
