Becoming a Domain AccountExec

Being assigned as an AccountExec lets you manage other users' domains from your own account.

To manage another account's domains, you must be an assigned AccountExec and have an account with us. The process begins with the owner of the domain name, and is explained in Managing Domain AccountExecs.

This article explains accepting the AccountExec invitation and managing your AccountExec domains.

Accepting Your AccountExec Invitation

Once the domain owner assigns you as an AccountExec, you receive an email with the subject "Invitation to manage resources for [Their Name]."

To Accept Your AccountExec Invitation

  1. Click the hyper-link in the email.
  2. Create a new account or log in to your existing account to accept the invitation.
  3. Confirm the information, and then click Continue twice.

Managing AccountExec Domains

After the domain owner assigns domains to your AccountExec profile, manage them in the Domain Manager.

To Manage Your AccountExec Domains

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
  3. Click AccountExec Domains to view the domains assigned to your AccountExec profile.
