You can monitor the status and progress of your SSL certificate request in your account by viewing the details.
To View the Progress of Your SSL Certificate Request
- Log into your Account Manager.
- Click SSL Certificates.
- Click Launch for the certificate you want to manage.
- From the Filters list, click Pending Requests and then click the domain you want to view.
- In the Progress area, click What's the hold up? to view details.
