NOTE: This article only applies to Deluxe and Premium hosting accounts running Hosting Configuration 2.0. Ruby on Rails is not supported for Java-enabled hosting accounts.
To install a Ruby on Rails application
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, select Hosting.
- Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
- In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the CGI Admin icon.
- Click the Ruby tab.
- In the Create Rails App Directory panel's textbox, enter the directory where your application will reside, and then click Create.
- Upload (FTP) your application to the newly-created directory.
