Upgrade/Downgrade RAM on a Dedicated Server

To purchase additional RAM

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. From the My Products section, select Servers.
3. Click on the appropriate server account name. The right pane will refresh.
4. Expand Other Add-ons and scroll down to the value you wish to modify: RAM.
5. Select from 1GB, 2GB or 4GB of RAM.
6. Click Continue to proceed to the checkout process.

NOTE: When increasing or decreasing RAM on your dedicated server, please allow for downtime (up to one hour) during which the requested hardware change will be completed. We will send you an email notice with further instructions on scheduling maintenance.
