Request Additional IP Addresses for your Virtual Dedicated/Dedicated Server

All of our servers include up to 3 IP addresses with the account. You are allocated one when the account is activated and two more can be requested.
To request additional IP addresses:
- Log into your Account Manager.
- Under the My Products section, select Servers.
- Click Launch Manager next to the server account that you would like to manage. The virtual Dedicated/Dedicated Hosting Manager opens in a new window.
- Click Request Additional IP and allow the system several minutes for the IP address to be allocated.
NOTE:If you use Plesk control panel, the new IP address will need to be re-read from the Plesk control panel under Server > IP Addresses. Without Plesk control panel, you will need to add your IP addresses to your server's IP address pool through the applicable means before it will work.
Additional IP addresses past the first three will cost $2.99/month.
Before we can allocate additional IP addresses to your server, we will need the following information submitted in a trouble ticket:
- How many additional IP addresses you would like us to allocate to your server (up to 3 at a time).
- The reason that you need additional IP addresses.
- The host name for your server.
- The last 4 digits of the payment method on file that you want to use.
