An error may indicate that you have already purchased a hosting account. Website Complete is attempting to create a hosting account without success because one already exists for that domain name. In this case, you need to bypass the hosting account setup wizard.
To Bypass the Hosting Account Setup
- Go to the Final Steps tab of your WebSite Complete project.
- Click on the left Start button under Web Site Hosting.
- Click on the New button.
- Click Connect to the Internet.
- At the bottom of the Welcome Screen, click If you have already purchased a hosting account through our web site, Click Here to lookup account details.
- Enter your domain name in the box that opens.
- Click Lookup Details at the bottom.
You should now see a screen showing your hosting details.
