For those users not familiar with HTML, WebSite Complete divides each page into sections, based on the template chosen. These sections are Header, Navigation Bar, and Content.
Using the Show Borders option gives you an idea of the boundaries for each section. Design choices are limited by page section and type, so this is important.
For those users familiar with HTML, WebSite Complete builds its Web site projects in tables. Show Borders shows you each table border.
